Ever since I was a child, I have collected crystals and rocks. While walking home from school or out enjoying nature, I’d find one that would call out to me wanting to be picked up and brought home. They have always provided great comfort and had a calming effect over me. It wasn't until later in life that I found out crystals have healing properties. This explains why they influenced me so as a child.

 

When choosing a piece a lot of people ask me right away what each stone represents or means. I recommend that you choose a piece or stone that you are attracted to first. Your inner self know which one will help you out at any given time in your life, much the same as when you wear bright, bold colors when you’re happy and dark ones when sad. Only after that should you then read the meaning.
